1. Information we may collect

Depending on how you contact or transact with us, we may receive information such as:

• Facebook Messenger identifiers required to receive and organize a conversation, such as a page-scoped user identifier and message identifier.
• Message content you send to Audiograph, including vehicle brand, model, year, dashboard details, requested product or service, location, schedule, quotation or booking information.
• Installation, payment-status and after-sales information needed to provide the service you requested. We do not ask customers to send payment-card security codes or account passwords through Messenger.
• Basic technical information generated when you visit our website, where made available by the hosting or security provider.

2. How we use information

We use information only for legitimate Audiograph business purposes, including:

• Answering inquiries and checking product or vehicle compatibility.
• Preparing quotations and arranging shop or home-service bookings.
• Organizing leads, follow-ups and customer-service records so inquiries are not missed or duplicated.
• Providing installation, warranty, after-sales and customer support.
• Measuring business and advertising performance using aggregated or appropriately matched business records.
• Protecting our systems, preventing abuse and complying with applicable legal obligations.

3. Messenger automation

Audiograph may use an internal automation to receive Messenger events from the Audiograph Facebook Page and organize relevant inquiry information in our business workflow. The automation may process the sender's page-scoped identifier, message identifier, message text and related referral or button-response information when available. The automation is intended to support lead tracking and customer service; it does not independently finalize a sale, installation schedule or payment.

4. Service providers

We may use service providers that help us operate our website, messaging automation, cloud storage, spreadsheets, analytics, advertising and related business systems. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own contractual, security and privacy obligations. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for customer service, booking and installation records, warranty or after-sales support, business accounting, fraud prevention, legal compliance and legitimate business analysis. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of record and applicable obligations.

No internet or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure, so customers should avoid sending passwords, one-time PINs, card security codes or other highly sensitive credentials through Messenger.

8. Third-party platforms

When you use Facebook, Messenger or another third-party platform, that platform also processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. Audiograph does not control the independent data practices of those platforms.
